9月29日休斯敦报道，墨西哥国家石油公司29日在墨西哥城公布的统计数据显示，墨国油8月份共生产了6.8513万吨乙烯，环比下降了3%。这是墨国油今年第4高乙烯月度总产量。

统计数据还显示，墨国油8月份乙烯产量同比下降了15%。墨国油去年8月份生产了8.0842万吨乙烯。

墨国油使用大部分乙烯单体产量来生产下游衍生物，包括聚乙烯。

根据统计数据，墨国油8月份生产了1093吨丙烯，环比增加了3%，但比去年同期的1157吨下降了5.5%。

Pemex's August ethylene output falls 3% on month， propylene output up

Pemex's ethylene production totaled 68，513 mt in August， down 3% from July， the Mexican state company said Thursday， and its fourth-highest monthly total this year.

Production fell 15% compared with August 2015， when the company's ethylene output totaled 80，842， it said.

Pemex uses the majority of its monomer output for the production of downstream derivatives， including polyethylene grades.

Pemex's propylene output totaled 1，093 mt in August， up 3% from July， it said. The company's output fell 5.5% compared with August 2015， when production totaled 1，157 mt.
