　　自每日（GMT+8，以下同）0点开始，每小时都会将用户所产生交易手续费，100%折算成ETM进行累积，折算价格按该小时ETM的均价计算（均价计算方式为总成交金额/总成交量）。我们将于次日上午11点，开始发放当日所有累积的ETM返还。

　　2. MCoin会拿出平台80%的收入分配给ETM持有者，20%的收入用来支持平台的研发及运营。平台的收入包括但不限于平台的手续费收入。作为一家透明的，可以接受公众监督的交易所，我们分配原则是：收入是什么就分配什么，按比例分配。比如手续费收入包含BTC、ETH、LTC、ETM等等，那分配的也是BTC、ETH、LTC、ETM等等。

　　收入分配以日为一个分配周期，2018年9月30日（GMT+8，以下同）为首个分配日。之后的每一天，会将前一天累积的所有待分配收入，一次性的按比例分给ETM持有者。具体计算方法为：每天凌晨1点至24点，每小时（整点）快照一次，并将过去一小时平台产生的总手续费的80%，按本次快照ETM持有者的比例进行分配，并按小时累积。（注：此处的ETM仅指已经释放的/可流通的ETM）

　　3.整体的51%比例ETM（以下简称“社区奖励部分”）通过“交易即挖矿”的方式逐步分配给交易用户，而49%比例的ETM（以下简称“预先发行部分”）则通过预先发行的方式被基金、团队、合作伙伴及私募投资者所持有。

　　由于“社区奖励部分”的ETM是按日逐渐通过“交易即挖矿”释放的，为了保障所有人获得平等的收益权，我们将“预先发行部分”的ETM事先全部冻结，并按照如下公式按日解冻：每日解冻数量 = 预先发行部分ETM总量 *（前一日挖矿的总产出 / 社区奖励部分ETM总量）。

　　根据以上原理，我们可以这样计算当前ETM的流通数量：当前累积挖矿总产出 / 51%

　　同时，只有挖矿产出的“社区奖励部分”及已经解冻的“预先发行部分”才会参与平台80%收入的分配，也即只有可流通的ETM才可以按比例参与收入分配，故计算参与收入分配的ETM数量，和上面当前ETM的流通数量公式一致。

ETM持有者权利

　　1.收益分配
